LTD established in 2007, a venture by visionary entrepreneurs, was incorporated under the guidance of Shri J.S Gupta (General Manager, BHEL) with the vision to transform the shopping and living experience of people with high class commercial infrastructure at affordable prices.

With the aim to take the development to a whole new level with expansive growth in tier 2/3 cities - the Group established the first speciality hospital in Sambhal – Sambhal Surgical and Maternity Hospital and also the first commercial complex– Suraj Plaza The Group now, plans to develop another jewel – the first-in- its- class; one of the largest malls in western Uttar Pradesh – I GENERATION POINT.
